Return & Refund Policy

1. Inspection Upon Delivery

We encourage all customers to inspect the package in the presence of the delivery representative upon arrival. If you receive a damaged piece, an incorrect item, or notice missing accessories, please notify our customer helpline (+880 1816 395593) immediately or return the parcel directly with the courier.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original premium condition.
• All original tags, authenticity cards, and velvet pouches/boxes must be intact.
• Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• An unboxing photo or video is highly recommended for faster verification.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a piece for a different size, design, or collection, please reach out to our team via WhatsApp. Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, we will promptly dispatch the replacement piece.

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving and verifying the condition of the returned item at our Dhaka warehouse, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days via your preferred mobile banking method (bKash/Nagad) or direct bank transfer.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-crafted bridal sets made to specific personalized dimensions and items purchased during clearance sales are considered final and non-refundable, except in the case of transit defects.
